"Fallout 4 has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware" still occurs.
Updated motherboard drivers to current version. Regedit TdrDelay (8) - causes the error message to say "Fallout 4 has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware" (game crashes) instead of simply "Display Driver stopped responding and has recovered" (game crashes). Fallout 4 currently), it crashes the game, I lose any play time I didn't have saved and it happens pretty often (like every 5-15 minutes depending). It happens when playing WoW, but WoW recovers and it's little more than an occasional annoyance. For instance I've never had it happen while playing SWtoR. It only happens with some games, and not others. I've had this problem for a while where some games I play cause the display driver to stop responding. I have not had any crashes at all since I applied those fixes.
My problem is fixed and was fixed by the tweaks listed at the bottom there.
